EDS (M) Sdn. Bhd.(Company No. 168940-W) (hereinafter referred to as "EDS") fully respects your rights to privacy and utilises the following practices in regards to any information we are provided or obtained about users of this website. Your privacy matters to us. We gather minimal information about site visitors-only what we need to track traffic on our site, complete registration processes, and follow up on your communications with us. We do not sell user information to anyone.

EDS does make individual identifying information, such as your email address, name, title and address, available to third parties, including business partners, for marketing purposes. EDS also uses such information to contact people for marketing purposes. Because of the nature of the Internet, such data may pass through any country.

Where access to certain of EDS's webpages require a login and password, the use of those webpages, and the information or programs downloadable from those sites, may be governed by a written agreement between your employer and EDS. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Venue for all disputes arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in the Courts of Malaysia. EDS shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-Malaysia court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of EDS, such action is necessary or desirable.

No action of EDS, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Should any clause of these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, prices, information and available contractual license terms featured on this website without notice. These conditions set out the entire agreement between EDS and you relating to your use of this website.
