With more than 15 years of experience, Cheng has in depth experience in ICT technology solution planning, design and implementation for mission critical ICT systems such as Enterprise Content Management, Mapping/GIS and also enterprise management (including system monitoring and helpdesk). Prior to joining EDS (M), Cheng was a business development manager with NTI International Pte. Ltd (Public Listed company in SGX), a company engaged in the provision of system integration services and Sysdeco (M) Sdn Bhd, a company engaged in the business of computerized mapping systems.

As a Vice President, System Consulting & Enterprise Services Division, he is responsible for the solution architect, design, planning, go to market and management of key functions for the region such as pre-sales consulting and most recently overseeing services delivery team. He is one of the pioneers in EDS and received the best pre-sales consulting award in year 2004. Currently, he is managing 12 staff in EDS. Tan has more than 12 years of experiences in servers, storage, backup, virtualization and information management. He has involved himself in various projects for customers like TM, Maxis, Celcom, Umobile, Bursa, Maybank, Ambank, Alliance Bank, Genting, Prudential and AIA. Prior to EDS, Tan worked as an engineer at local listed company where he was responsible for support IT solution. Tan holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Campbell University, USA.

Sharon Teh Fernandez began her career as a marketing communication co-ordinator in ACA Pacific after obtaining her honours degree in communication from the National University of Malaysia. She has more than 15 years of experience working in the information technology industry, specifically in the enterprise solutions. Having started from the executive level, she has gained the skills of managing events, preparing advertisements and marketing materials, organising public relations activities, managing customers’ database and maintaining the company’s website. She joined EDS as the assistant marketing communication manager in 2004 and today she is the VP of Marketing Communications Division. Besides taking care of the marketing communication activities, her role has diversified to include managing the company’s corporate communication activities, staff events, and lead generation.

In September 2007 and October 2008, she was invited as a guest lecturer to the National University of Malaysia, whereby she gave a talk to the final year Public Relations undergraduate on the topic Public Relations from theory to reality.

Ann has been with the Company since 2007. She was an Executive Secretary in a public-listed Company for 15 years before she ventured into Human Resource and Administration. Backed with an ICSA background, Ann also has Certificates in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations Act 1967.

Kathryn Tan is the Assistant Finance Manager. She started working with EDS in 1997 and today she is in charge of all functions and matters in the finance department.
